Your wedding day should be all about celebrating with loved ones—not tracking down your wedding party or managing the timeline. From lining up your attendants for the processional to making sure everyone is ready for grand entrances, special dances, bouquet tosses, and your big send-off, we’ll make sure things go smoothly.
While our DJs naturally handle announcements and emcee duties, coordination involves more hands-on support. If hiring a full-service wedding coordinator isn’t in your budget, our DJs can step in—for a nominal fee—to provide basic coordination. We’ll manage logistics, keep things on schedule, and act as your point person throughout the event, so you can stay present and enjoy every moment.
Please Note: This is not a replacement for a professional wedding coordinator, whose services typically begin hours before the ceremony and may include décor setup, vendor management, assisting the wedding party with personal needs (like snacks and drinks), and post-event cleanup. However, we’ve worked with many excellent coordinators in the area—if you’d like a referral, we’re happy to connect you with some of the best in the industry!
